All committees (excluding the Finance & PPR committees) meet on the first Thursday night of each month at 7p.m. The Church Council (Admin. Board) meets the second Sunday of each month, after the evening service.
PPR (Pastor/Parish Relations): committee meets at various times and dates. They are responsible for ensuring the congregation and pastor are working together to ensure a successful church.(Chair: Katie Huffine)
Family/ Age Level: creates programs and activities for all members and age levels of the congregation. This committee works very closely with the youth group.(Co-chairs: Carolyn Kerr & Kathy MacLucas)
Board of Trustees: insures everything within the church is working properly(Chair: Wayne Dulaney)
Finance: keeps up with the budget of the church, & handles various bills and expenses. (Chair: Melissa Taylor)
Nuture: works with the pastor and various other people to ensure the worship service and various other programs are supporting the spiritual needs of the congregation. (Co-Chairs: Kathy Owens & Leah Cabrera)
Outreach: creates programs to reach out into the community, and to encourage the congregation to support various mission projects. (Co-Chairs: Aimee Dulaney & Lori Vest)
Witness: main goal is evangelism within and outside the church, and to inspire the congregation to do the same. Also in charge of producing a church-wide newsletter. (Co-Chairs: Ruth Chapman & Gerry Baudinot)
There is at least one youth representive on each committee.
